Complete with original packaging!

This is a lovely Nikon in superb condition. It’s a cult classic because it was Nikon’s last professional camera to feature a CCD sensor. Fans love the CCD sensor because of the lovely film-like rendition it produces and it’s generally agreed that this camera will increase in value over the coming years. The D200 was an improvement on the already popular D100 but had extra features and was finished to a much higher, professional level. The D200 was originally priced at $1800 and the quality and workmanship is very noticeable. Like all Nikon pro cameras, it has a tough magnesium frame inside the camera. It also has a built-in focus motor which allows it to work flawlessly with any Nikon Nikkor auto-focus lens such (including the AF-D series lenses) as well as supporting much newer lenses that have motors and vibration control built into them. Naturally you can also mount and use much earlier manual focus Nikkor lenses. This results in a very flexible camera with an outstanding sensor and the ability to use a wide variety of inexpensive lenses. I should also mention that the CCD sensor in the Nikon D200 was also used in the Leica M8 and M8.2 cameras. Because of this, the output imagery, color palette and beautiful photos are nearly identical.  

Everything works as it should. It comes complete with original packaging, manual, battery charger and battery shown in the photos. All you’ll need to do is drop a memory card into it, stick a lens on it and you’ll be good to go.
